in 1910. Grocery clerk. Entered service September 22, 1917.
Sent to Camp Sherman, Ohio; assigned to 158th Depot Brigade.
Went overseas in June, 1918; assigned to Signal Corps Unit,
331st Infantry, A.E.F. Killed in action September 12, 1918,
battle of St. Mihiel. (Burial place unknown).
