DIVER, ALVA EDISON Private
Son of George W. (deceased) and Sarah Diver; born Decem-
ber 3, 1888, Harrison Township, Cass County, Ind. Laborer.
Removed to State of Washington in the spring of 1917, where
on May 1, 1917, he enlisted in the U.S. Regular Army. Sent
to Camp Lewis, Wash.; assigned to Company M, 363rd Infan-
try, 91st Division. Embarked from Camp Merritt, N. J.
June 20, 1917. Killed in action November 3, 1918, "Somewhere
in Belgium."
