STEPHEN H. BROCKWAY. Born in St. Johnsbury, and son of Harrison Brockway. Age twenty-one. Enlisted in Company G, 4th Regiment, August 21, 1861. Mustered into United States service Sept. 26, 1861. Corporal. Reduced to ranks. Severely wounded in ankle at the battle of the Wilderness, May 5, 1864, and mustered out of service Sept. 30, 1864. United States bounty, $100.
