Lieut. Henry L. McCorkle

Second Lieut. Henry L. McCorkle of the Twenty-fifth United States Infantry, who lost his life on Friday, was a native of Tennessee, and appointed Second Lieutenant in the army from that State, on Aug. 1, 1891. He was at once attached to the Twenty-fifth Infantry and served with that command until he fell.
