GOODWIN, HOLLIS RAY - Private

Son of Jeremiah (deceased) and Margaret Goodwin: born
March 25, 1893, Veale Township, Daviess County, Ind. Living
on homestead in Montana, when he entered service October 6,
1917, Lewistown, Mont. Sent to Camp Lewis, Wash. Went
overseas in July, 1918; attached to Machine Gun Company,
362nd Infantry, 91st Division. Killed in action September 26,
1918, Argonne Forest, near Ejimouville. (Burial place unknown.)
