Huntington, Franklin Marion

HUNTINGTON, FRANKLIN MARION - - Private
Son of Joseph and Mary Huntington; born March 24, 1890,
Newton County, Ind. Family moved to Benton County when
he was only a few years old, where he spent the greater part of
his life. In 1912 he took up a mining claim in Montana, where
he entered service May 1, 1917. Sent to Camp Lewis, Wash.;
assigned to 31st Company, 8th Battalion, 166th Depot Brigade.
Accidentally shot July 14, 1918. Buried in Earl Park Cemetery,
Benton County, Ind.
