Fowler, Paul Philip

FOWLER, PAUL PHILIP - Private

Son of Elijah and Jessie Inman Fowler; born November
14, 1898, Oswego, Kosciusko County, Ind. Laborer. Enlisted
in U.S. Regular Army January 8, 1918, Columbus Barracks,
Ohio. Served on the Mexican Border in 1916. Went overseas
in June, 1918; assigned to Company A, 26th Infantry, 1st Divi-
sion. Wounded in action, and while recovering from wounds,
was stricken with appendicitis, and died September 21, 1918.
(Place of burial unknown).
